The FDA-cleared HemCon® Bandage is biocompatible and forms an antibacterial barrier, reducing the potential for infection.The HemCon® Bandage works by adhering aggressively to tissue surfaces when in contact with blood or moisture. This adhesive-like action forms a strong, flexible barrier that seals and stabilizes the wound.
