This unique on line theory course can be completed on it’s own or at an approved ASI training centre where you can attend set courses to assist you to with completing the full technician certificate from APAP, ASI and MEDICMAN.
With this course, you will receive an on line certificate for every section of the course you complete. When you have completed all sections you will receive a final on line certificate and then you can proceed to take the accredited ambulance technician theory examination and receive your acredited technician certificate.
Technician Theory Online is a course based on the APAP textbook Technician Theory. The syllabus is divided into nine modules within the ‘Learning Centre’ where you will find lots of activities to help you study.
Once you have ordered your course with us, you will be sent an email with you
personal registration key code and a web link. Once you have visited the link
and filled in you registration details and entered your personal key, you will
be able to use the site.

Personal Profile
We offer different ways for you to go through the resource, called activities, depending on how you prefer to learn and what you want to learn. In your Personal Profile you can find out what your learning style is (so you know which activity you will enjoy following most throughout the resource), choose what you want to learn, look at a site map or guide and plot your route. |

The Learning Centre
You will probably spend most of your time in the Learning Centre, which
acts as your tutor, guiding you through each area of the resource. From
the navigation panel you can link to all areas of the Learning Centre following
an activity which
reflects your diagnosed learning style or you can try out different activities
to see if you like to learn by a combination of styles. |

The Resource Centre
From places in the Learning Centre we will link you to places in the Resource
Centre, which works in a similar way to a library. It is full of useful
links, checklists and further information to help your understanding. You
can also browse this at any time by clicking the relevant button on the
navigation panel. Any information in the Resource Centre will always open
in a new window so that you don't lose your place in the Learning Centre. |
