Rip Off Britain is a BBC1 TV series which exposes Britain's rip-offs and helps consumers tackle rogue suppliers, scams, product problems and customer service complaints.
The BBC recently contacted us at SP Services when they needed our expertise to answer a question they had received from a viewer concerning first aid plasters.
Our Managing Director Steve Bray who founded SP over 28 years ago and who has been involved in all things 'first aid' since he was 12 years old was invited to be the BBC's 'industry expert' to help answer a very important question - "Why aren't plasters as sticky as they used to be?"
To find out the answer you'll need to watch BBC1 on Wednesday 18th October at 9:15am
If you missed the live show this morning, you can watch our clip on YouTube.
