The 10 watt megaphone with siren projects spoken commands up to 700m, useful for scene management and crowd direction at incidents. The megaphone is built from ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), a highly durable thermoplastic polymer, with a rubber edge protector, so it holds up to regular use and knocks on scene. The anti feedback microphone keeps announcements clear where a normal PA would break up. A push to talk trigger and rotary volume control allow you to use the megaphone with one hand, leaving your other hand free to use additional equipment. A switchable siren adds an audible alert option separate from voice announcements, and the shoulder strap makes it easier to carry during longer shifts or extended work. Power comes from 8 C cell batteries, fitted separately to the unit.
